What is laser therapy?

The well researched and scientifically established power of the laser reduces inflammation, as well as increasing circulation to reduce pain and heal the human body. 

Laser therapy is an FDA approved medical treatment that uses focused light (photons) to stimulate Photobiomodulation, or PBM. It is safe and non-invasive. During PBM, photons enter the tissue and trigger a biological cascade of events which increases cellular metabolism.  That, in turn, helps to decrease pain, inflammation, and accelerate the healing process. 

A Class IV therapeutic laser penetrates bone, muscle, tissue and cartilage to support/enhance regeneration and healing at the cellular level. 

In a nutshell, this powerful radiant beam of light accelerates the healing process by changing light energy into regenerative energy for DNA, similarly as photosynthesis turns light energy into chemical energy for plants.
